Most Productivity Advice Sucks.
Here’s How to Work Smarter, Not Harder.
‘Hustling’ only gets you so far. Slaving away for 80-hours a week might work… for about a month. Right before you burnout and pull an Office Space.
The only ‘hack’ that works is to work smarter, not harder. Time Terminator will give you the strategies and tools, backed by hours and hours of research and testing, to help you do just that.
Don’t Work More Hours. Bend Time to Your Will to Get More Done in the Hours You Work.
You only have 24 hours in a day. You might work ~8-12 of them. Anything more? Diminishing returns. The point, then, isn’t to work more hours, but to get more mileage out of the hours you’re working.
That’s where the following tools come into play. They’ll help you become more aware of which work is paying off (and which is a complete waste). They’ll also help you become more efficient in the high-leverage activities to maximize your output. Productivity apps are only good if you make time for the important stuff.

Visually Map Out Projects Before You Start
You know the old adage: measure twice, cut once. Well, it also applies to knowledge work like projects that have moving pieces, rolling deadlines, and multiple stakeholders involved.
Don’t just whip out the Gantt chart or spreadsheet, though. Start by visually laying out how all of the pieces will fit together, compared to illustrating the schedule on a Gantt chart. Mind mapping allows you to do that faster and easier, quickly dragging-and-dropping items or assigning responsibility until you’re confident in the road ahead.
Here are the best mind mapping software apps we’ve used. (Check out the complete guide here.)
